Please note this a studio condo

Light, bright, and fabulous large studio in a private, gated community. Midcentury-inspired designer furnishings. Updated kitchen and bath. Sleek white-tiled floors. Spacious open concept floor plan. Interior dining for four plus a sectional sofa (that could come in handy for the occasional over flow guest). There is also a sleeping alcove with a hotel-quality Queen-sized bed. The moveable walls of glass blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living - revealing the very private enclosed courtyard and stunning mountain views. If you are looking for an affordable, gorgeous, clean, comfortable place to relax in the sunshine while being close to everything - this is it! Palm Springs living at its best! Studio 72 - is perfect for extended weekends, month-long stays, and as a seasonal rental. Advanced booking strongly advised.

During the renovation, the owner respected the midcentury architecture (in the style of William Cody) while modernizing this spacious condo for the way we live today. Hi-speed internet access, iPod ready with ceiling speakers in every corner, a 42" Smart Television with cable service and streaming access to Netflix, Hulu and YouTube. You'll have your own in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and your own barbecue.

Relax in the sun or escape to the shade. The interiors of this Palm Springs pied-à-terre are stunning. The community amenities are fabulous. But it is the private outdoor courtyard that makes Studio '72 really special. 300 square feet of private patio space that has been completely walled so you feel as though you have escaped to your own piece of paradise. Perfectly space planned for outdoor living, the courtyard has a huge sofa and oversized center table. You'll enjoy dappled sunlight through the overhanging dogwood tree. Simply gorgeous.

Built in 1972 as the third addition to the original Racquet Club of Palm Springs, (long known as the definitive celebrity playground for stars like Marilyn Monroe, Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra, Kirk Douglas and Elizabeth Taylor) The Studios at Club Condominiums served as a posh hideaway for 1970s Hollywood Royalty. Today, The Studios offer a quiet place to relax in the sunshine and enjoy the Palm Springs lifestyle. You'll be a temporary guest living among a friendly mix of full-time and seasonal residents who value the peaceful enjoyment of this desert enclave. So please, make yourself at home but always be courteous and respectful of your neighbors.

This historically significant complex has retained much of its mod 1970s appeal. The resort-like grounds are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. As a guest at The Studios, you'll have full use of the large, heated, community pool and spa. And you'll have your own covered parking space just steps from your front door.

The Studios at Club Condominiums is walking distance (just a half mile) to the newly revitalized northern part of town where you'll find the ultra cool and much written about Arrive, the new "it spot" for music and movie industry executives. Trendy casual dining spots, ice cream shops and coffee purveyors now dot the neighborhood - with more opening every month.

The Uptown Design District is just a little over a mile stroll from The Studios. There you'll find art galleries, boutiques, iconic clothing shops for both men and women, some of the best restaurants in town, cocktail spots, public art and outdoor people-watching places. Hiking trails and The Tram are also close by.

There is a 3 night minimum for a standard reservation.
